We are accepting applications for new patients at our main Clinic and for our community programs at the Outreach Center. You can stop by either location to pick up a paper application. You will need to provide proof of residency and a copy of you state issued drivers license.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Ruth's Place Clinic and Outreach Center rely on the gifts, talents, and generosity of volunteers. If you are a healthcare professional, community member, or volunteer group that is interested in contributing your time, please stop by the Clinic or Outreach Center today to pick up a hard copy application, or click the link below for more information. In addition to the application, all volunteers must submit to a background check and sign a confidentiality agreement.
