Approved participants can call Ruth's Place at 817-573-6800 during business hours to schedule an appointment

Non-program participants can apply in person during office hours at 1411 Crawford Avenue. After the application is completed and reviewed, and Hood County residence is confirmed, an appointment can then be scheduled.
